Prototype, not the product. This page carries 519 of the register's 14,787 announcements — April to September 2026, which covers every claim window still open. A “no record” result here means not in the loaded window, not that the company is clear. The live product monitors all four announcement types across the full register, every day.

How the matching works

1 · Normalise

Strip legal suffixes, reconcile &/AND, PVT LTD against PRIVATE LIMITED, brackets, M/s and punctuation.

2 · Four routes

Exact core match, then singular/plural, then acronym (APGPCL), then unique prefix for truncated names.

3 · Two guards

A subset name or a private-vs-public mismatch is never auto-confirmed. It goes to you to confirm.

4 · Band, don't guess

Confirmed, Needs review, or No record. The product never asserts a match the evidence doesn't carry.

Why the guards matter. “SMO Ferro Alloys Pvt Ltd” and “SMO Ferro Alloys Limited” look identical to any scorer — and they are two different CINs, a private-to-public conversion. Telling you the wrong company is insolvent is the one failure this product cannot afford, so a name that scores perfectly but trips a guard is handed to you rather than asserted. On a test of 30 real companies drawn from independent sources, the confirmed band was right 25 out of 25 times.
